Returns & Replacement Policy
At Ba Bank, each piggy bank is more than just a product — it’s a story, a memory, and a baby’s first step into the world of saving. Our handcrafted, eco-friendly banks are made with utmost love, precision, and care. We know how important it is to receive your order just as you imagined, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
Please review the following policy to understand our process on returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement only if:
The item is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery.
You receive an incorrect item (wrong design, color, or shape).
You raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and not customized in any way.
Note: Personalized / Custom-Made Orders Are Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Items with name engravings, initials, or custom messages.
Piggy banks made as custom orders, tailored to your preferences (shape, finish, wood, engraving, etc.).
Products bought under offers, flash sales, or marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Each personalized Ba Bank is made just for you — we encourage you to double-check all spelling and design details before confirming your order.
2. How to Request a Return or Replacement
Please follow these steps if your product arrives damaged or incorrect:
Email us at care@babank.in within 7 days of receiving the item.
Share your order number, describe the issue clearly, and attach photographs or videos showing the problem.
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with resolution steps.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a mistake from our end (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping.
In all other eligible return cases, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
Please ensure the item is packed properly to avoid damage during return transit.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
4.1 Refund Method
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer after receiving your account details.
4.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases such as:
Missing parts or accessories.
Minor signs of handling or tampering.
Damaged packaging.
We reserve the right to determine the refund amount on a case-by-case basis.
5. Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily exchange it at no additional cost.
Please initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
Replacements will be issued only after inspecting the returned product.
Personalized/custom products will only be replaced if the mistake is ours (e.g., wrong name engraved).
6. Conditions for Return Approval
To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must:
Be unused and in original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging with all parts/accessories intact.
Pass our internal quality inspection upon return.
Any signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer may lead to rejection of the return/refund request.
7. Cancellations
Orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
For non-personalized orders, cancellation requests can be accepted only before dispatch.
8. Changes to Policy
We may update this policy at any time to reflect operational or legal changes. Updated policies will be published on this page.
